AnalogX LinkExaminer
|
If you have your own website, then I'm sure you've run into the problem of broken links - whether they are links off of your site that are no longer there, or something that you moved around internally and forgot to update an old page. Either way updating and keeping tabs on a large site can be a real nightmare - and that's where AnalogX LinkExaminer comes in! AnalogX LinkExaminer at its core is a link checker, it goes through each and every page (assuming you have it set to) and parses the HTML in order to extract the links existing on the page. While it's parsing the page, it can also perform other checks; from simple tasks like extracting the page title, to SEO analysis, to more advanced tasks like identifying pages with high similarity to other pages. Once it's done, you can go over the results in the GUI, then export to a variety of formats including CSV and Google-compatible XML sitemaps. It also boasts a template-based HTML report generation engine, that allows you to make completely custom report to focus on the aspects of the scan that are most critical to you.
OS: Windows XP/Vista/7.

AnalogX PHPConfig
|
|
If you're at all into dynamic websites, or just server-side scripting, then you know what PHP is. If you don't, then visit their site and come back afterwards! :) PHP is great, but the configuration side of things still leaves a bit to be desired by most Windows users, and that's where AnalogX PHPConfig comes into play!
AnalogX PHPConfig is a graphical frontend to PHP's php.ini file, where all of configuration of PHP takes place. The end result is that you can spend more time on your PHP code and less on tweaking their .ini file. It supports all of the standard PHP functionality, and has a special 'Unknown' tab to handle any 3rd party plugins, such as the Zend Optimizer, MSSQL, or whatever. PHPConfig does not have it's own data format, but instead loads up the same configuration file that PHP uses, and outputs directly to the same format.

Anansi
|
Anansi is a completely project-centered HTML-editor. Anansi's Project Manager helps you to keep a good oversight of the files belonging to your homepage and remembers which files need to be uploaded with Anansi's Upload Manager.
Anansi has a Table Assistant that supports cellspanning by mousedragging. And like any good editor, Anansi has three levels of search and replace varying from one file or all opened files to all files of your homepage. Remember, there's no need to tell Anansi which files these are, Anansi already knows. For demanding users Anansi is able to do simultaneously testing with multiple browsers.
Anansi comes with a Stylesheet Assistant supporting the subset of CSS that is fairly safe to use. Even the most recent browsers are buggy to very buggy when it comes to CSS. However, when you stick to the subset supported by Anansi you have a very good chance that your page will look good on any browser.
Note: Also available for Windows 3.1x
