BreakTime is a program designed to make your time on the computer easier and more comfortable. As we all spend more and more time each day at our computers we may find ourselves having physical and other problems related to the intensity and duration of this activity. BreakTime provides a simple and fun way to gently remind you to take breaks from your work. Stretch your body, rest your hands, look away from the computer and rest your eyes. We all need to take breaks, and sometimes a little help makes all the difference!
You can customize BreakTime to reflect your own personal tastes. BreakTime has a message window that slides in to display over your existing work. BreakTime's appearance, how often it appears, and how long it stays are completely up to you!

Breaktime Personal

As part of the company Health and Safety, an employer can provide well designed workstations and train staff on useage and good posture. There is however a dificulty in enforcing regular breaks from the computer, and even in a break an employee may decide to browse the internet or look at photos and so never leaves the workstation for long.
Breaktime v2 is an application to assist with the control of Health and Saftey policy encoraging users to take regular breaks from the computers at specified times. A log is kept of wether the user accepted or rejected the break. If the break is accepted the start bar is removed and the user is unable to access their pc for the length of the break. In addition Breaktime is programmed to provide regular breaks at intervals suggested by your Health and Safety Guidelines.
If an employee attempted to claim RSI damages as the employee you can proove that the design of the workstation met health and safety guidelines and that the employee was sent on training courses for posture and now using breaktime you can also proove that you have tried to enforce the employee to take regular breaks from their workstation, through the logfiles produced by Breaktime.

Candy Clock

Candy Clock is a colourful and highly configurable desktop clock program.
The background of the clock can be set to use a picture file, many graphics formats are supported including animated gifs.
The clock shape, hands, numbers and border can then be modified to compliment the background, and then the whole thing saved to a 'clock' file (a simple text file) which can be used at a later date.
The package comes with a number of ready made clock files that you can load and use.

CClockCtrl

CClockCtrl is an MFC widget which renders an analog clock. The class is based in part on the class of the same name from the book "MFC Programming with Visual C++ 6.0". The class is derived from CStatic and a number of public methods allow customisation of its look.
The enclosed zip file contains the CClockCtrl source code and also includes a VC 5 workspace file to build a small demonstration app.
