Battery Meter

Mioplanet Battery Meter is a light but full featured battery monitor for your laptop and UMPC.
The time remaining is displayed in a small battery icon floating over the screen: time to full charge if plugged, and time to full discharge, if unplugged. Estimations are accurate thanks to the advanced algorythm.
Functionalities:
- Percent of remaining power;
- Remaining time before battery is fuly charged;
- Remaining time before battery is fuly discharged;
- Total charge and discharge times;
- Map of charging and discharging time.
OS: Windows 98/ME/NT4/2000/XP/Vista.

Battery Monitor

I have used several mobile computers but none of their battery meter satisfied me because they took considerably large space on the desktop, had ugly appearance or told me almost no meaningful information. This is the reason why I made Tek Battery Monitor by myself. This program features its compact size and real time graphic display of charge/discharge history.
This program requires Visual Basic 5.0 runtime drivers.

BatteryBar

BatteryBar is a simple, straight-forward, battery meter that displays your battery status in your taskbar.
When you're running on battery, BatteryBar shows the percentage bar in green (> 40%), yellow (25-40%), or red (< 25%). The bar displays the time left on your battery in Hours:Minutes
When charging, the percentage bar is shown in blue to indicate charging, and the estimated time to full charge is shown. The bar turns black and shows "On A/C" when fully charged.
OS: Windows 2000/XP/Vista/7.

BatteryCare is a software created to optimize the usage and performance of the modern laptop's battery. It monitors the battery's discharge cycles and helps increasing it's autonomy and improving it's lifetime.
- Battery's discharge cycles monitoring:
The advanced algorithm accurately records when a complete dischargecycle is performed. When the configured number of discharge cycles is reached, a notification balloon pops up to remind that a full discharge is required.
- Complete battery information:
It calculates the statistical remaining time in laptops that don't support the battery time left information and only list the charge percentage. Shows all the detailed information about the battery, such as wear level, capacities, consumption, manufacturer, etc.
- Notification area information:
In battery mode, the notification icon shows the remaining time and percentage of battery
- Automatic power plans switching:
Depending on the power source of the computer, BatteryCare can automatically select the power plan you prefer (only in Windows Vista or higher)
- Control over Windows Aero and demanding Services:
Automatically disable the graphics accelerated theme in Windows Vista and/or demanding services that degrade battery lifetime. Once the laptop stops running on batteries, the theme is re-enabled and the stopped services are restored.
- Auto-updates:
No need to trouble in downloading new installers, when a new version is available, the program updates itself.
- Lightweight in the system:
Given the concern about the battery optimization, BatteryCare does not interfere with the system performance. It requires only a mere 0,1% of Processor and Memory resources.

BatteryLog has only been tested on Windows ME. It should work on Windows 95 and 98 as well. It might work on NT/2000/XP, but the CPU usage information might be wrong.

"BBIE stands for Bart's Boot Image Extractor, or should I call it Bart's Boot Image Explorer? Nea! people would think that they can browse something.
One more thing, BBIE should be pronounced as "baby".
BBIE will extract all boot images from a bootable CD-Rom or ISO image file. It follows El Torito Bootable CD-ROM Format Specification v1.0.
Getting boot images from a bootable CD-Rom has never been easier.
Note: Extracting from a CD-Rom drive only works on NT platforms (NT4/W2K/XP), not on windows 9x/ME (can still use it to extract from an ISO image).
