for Windows 95, Windows 98, Windows ME and Windows NT / 2000.
Windows 9x and NT systems allow a convenient storage of frequently used passwords, such as the password of your dial-in ISP or FTP connection. However, since you no longer enter the saved password manually, you tend to forget them. What are you to do when you need to know one of the saved passwords? The password is staring right at you, but is hiding behind a row of "*****" asterisks. This nifty utility allows you to reclaim your password:
Activate the utility, drag the 123 mouse cursor on the password field and your password is revealed instantly in the display of 123.
Limitations: This utility works well with most password screens you will encounter on a MS Windows system, such as the password fields on the ISP dial-up dialog, within CuteFTP or Outlook Express. However, it does not work with applications that do not actually store the password "behind" the asterisks e. g. the Windows NT User Manager.
The standard password recovery works on Win 95, 98, ME and Windows NT, but not Windows 2000. The WEB password recovery is designed for use with Microsoft Internet Explorer 5.0 (or better) and works on all ndows platforms, including Win 2000.

12Ghosts Popup-Killer now blocks all popups of Internet Explorer. The best is, you don't need to maintain any black list.
You may still allow popups by holding CTRL. When a pop-up was blocked you will hear a sound (optional) so you know that you may have missed something. To see what you missed just hold CTRL and refresh the page.
Note that the contents of blocked popups is not download from the Internet at all, thus saving you bandwith. You do not need to maintain a black list because 12-Popup simply blocks all pop-ups of Internet Explorer.

This is a great windows Spam Tracking Tool that will help you find the mail servers that a website uses. If you are trying to track down a spammer manually, plug in the website from the header of the message you are analyzing and MxSearch will show you all the servers. What good is a password list manager that secures your secret passwords using a master password and then forces you to enter it each time you want to access your password list? 4UOnly is a password manager for Microsoft Windows 98, Me, NT, 2000 and XP with a unique feature that saves you time while promoting good security: No longer are you required to enter your master decryption password each time you need to access your password list. A built-in password generator is included to further enhance your security. Convenient automatic launching of login web pages is also provided to reduce your login time.
In this era of heightened concern for security, we recommend that you use a unique password for each of your various accounts. It is also important that you frequently change your passwords in order to limit exposure should one be discovered. To track these numerous and ever changing account and passwords, password list management programs are often used.
The main drawback of most of these programs is that they use a master encryption password to protect your list of accounts and passwords from disclosure. It then becomes very tedious to specify this password each time you wish to access your password list so there is often a tendency to choose weak passwords since they are easily remembered. Furthermore, constant and repeated use of the master password increases the risk of discovery.
4Uonly overcomes this problem by capitalizing on the knowledge that your identity was authenticated when you logged in to windows. It uses your own unique Windows security fingerprint to encrypt and decrypt your password crypt file. Your password list can only be viewed without providing a master password when you are logged in to the Windows account that was in use when the list was last saved.
