nabopoll is a complete voting/survey system written in PHP4 and MySQL. It allows for quick polls integrated in the middle of a web page or for longert survey with multiple questions.
It features an easy-to-use administration interface allowing you to quickly design your surveys. All the data is stored in 4 tables that need to be created your database.
Customization is made easy since version 1.1. This version introduced a template mechanism allowing you to quicky and easily customize the look of your surveys. You just have to edit HTML files and you are ready to go!

NODBF is a PHP forum made to be placed inside an existing web site. I saw many different full-featured forums, but it's very difficult to use them on an existing site. Third parties forums usually comes with user authentication, embed styles and requires databases to store a lot of data. I want a forum where users can start posting immediately like a guestbook; i don't want to rewrite all the stylesheets to match my site colors and surely i don't want to setup a database account only for running my forum. In other words: existing forums are like swiss knifes, my forum is a simple one.

1. announce.cgi: Add announcements to any web page with an SSI tag and manage them with this collection of scripts.
2. copyright.php: Add copyright information to any page by calling this script from an SSI tag. Automatically keeps the year updated.
3. decode-b64.cgi: Decode base 64 encoded text. Useful for decoding base 64 encoded source of e-mail messages. This is particularly useful for reporting base 64 encoded spam.
4. dropaline.cgi: Add a simple e-mail contact form to your web site and receive messages with this script. Encryption option allows for messages to be encrypted before they are sent.

PhotoFrame

This free and simple PHP4 script aims to make it as easy as possible to
display a bunch of photos on the web with thumbnails, captions and
comments.
All you need to do is drop your JPEG, PNG and GIF files in a web server
directory, drop this script in with them (named index.php) and it's
done. The script takes care of:
- making thumbnails,
- writing the pages,
- adding captions
- adding Next/Previous links
- adding an Auto slideshow mode, with a user-set timer
Optionally, you can further customise your album using separate html
files for the header, footer and intro page. Add a text file with the
filenames in it, and you can also sort the photos any way you like. You
can even allow people to add comments after each photo (and get
notifications via email).
Captions for each photo can be embedded in JPEG files (as JPEG
comments), stored in simple text files (.cap files) or you can simply
display the filenames themselves.
As the owner of the album, you can set an administrator password. This
allows you to "log in" on the web site and do things like upload new
photos, set captions, delete photos and delete individual guest
comments. The login is stored in your browser using cookies so that
next time you are automatically authenticated.
Image resizing and thumbnail creation can use the inbuilt PHP functions
(GD) or Imagemagick, which makes Photo Frame usable on most hosting
servers.
