As we all know, DOS has reached the end of its useful life except in the case of some technical and scientific applications. The newer operating systems Windows 3.1, 9x, etc., have been designed for a high degree of compatibility with DOS programs. Therefore, Account Pro for DOS runs very well under all of these and it would be a pitty to throw it away just because it is a program originally written for DOS. Since nobody will buy any DOS software nowadays, AccSoft has decided to make Account Pro freeware.

AcidBaseLab is a titration curve calculation program that can be used to simulate real titration experiments. This program does much more than simply calculating the pH of a strong or a weak acid (or base). Instead, it can perform ANY pH-calculation, independent of the complexity of the composition under consideration. During titration, the color(changes) of the solution can be monitored. Moreover, you can simply edit the list of possible acid/base chemicals as well as the pH-indicator list to match your specific needs.

Acrobat takes so much time to open because it loads about 40 plug-ins, most of which aren't needed for the average file. Acrobat Speeder can disable unneeded plug-ins greatly increasing Acrobat loading speed. It is compatible with Win95/98/Me/Win2K/XP/Vista and Acrobat Reader or Professional versions 3 through 9. It will even work with multiple installations of Acrobat.

Dreamscape AcroPAD is a simple Notepad-like program with PDF conversion capability and a useful button toolbar (like WordPad or Microsoft WinWord). The program is completely freeware and doesn't write any nag on the generated PDF file - use and redistribute it freely!
The exe file is only 300 Kb in size, no runtimes, no dlls, no nags... just PDF!
The program was built using PDFReport XP, the royalty free component for VB/ASP developers that creates PDF code on the fly, without installing Adobe Acrobat.
Dreamscape AcroPAD supports command line arguments, so you can use it in batch files to convert many txt files all in once!
