Ashampoo Internet Accelerator
|
Ashampoo Internet Accelerator optimizes your Internet connection for faster, more efficient performance!
This Tuning application improves various aspects of Windows performance by optimizing the standard parameters. The default settings that Windows uses are often less than ideal and sometimes they can be improved considerably.
What does Ashampoo Internet Accelerator do?
We created Ashampoo Internet Accelerator because we discovered that the standard Windows settings for many of the parameters controlling online performance are not actually very good for most modern Internet connections. We then performed exhaustive analysis and testing of the performance of various settings combinations (some of which have little or no documentation) until we came up with a set of settings delivering the best performance for each dial-up adapter and access type combination.
OS: Windows 2000, XP, Vista
Note: The Ashampoo Internet Accelerator can be used free of charge for 10 days. Subsequent to this time, a free online registration is then required in order to receive an activation code which will convert the test version of the program into a full version which can be used over the long term.

AstroApp
|
|
Have you ever wanted one internet application that could do it all? Well, that's what our software does. You can transfer files, have voice conversations, instant message, collaborate on a chalk-board, video conference and remote control your computer - all in one application.
Our software is called AstroApp and has meeting capabilities by allowing up to 10 users to view and control the same desktop at the same time. To start using the software we recommend creating a free AstroCity login username from within the software and then connecting to others using the FriendsList. Using the advanced modes you can also connect to machines that you setup using an IP address and port number.

ATH0 Exploit
|
|
This is a freeware program that I wrote which tests whether or not your modem can be controlled remotely over the Internet using a bug which is found in over 50% of dial-up modems in use today. Comes with instructions and information on how it all works (just type "info" when you have run the program). This latest revision allows you to specify your own modem commands instead of just having the "hang up" command only. You can also specify packet length and the number of packets to send. You can also use the bugfix command to patch your own modem.

History finder
Previously a private program written a year or so back. I didn't release it publically as it'd just kill passes - but seeing as staph was later released doing a similar thing I guess there's no harm in giving this to a wider audience now.
Searches google looking for pass dumps and downloading logins in the form of http://user:pass@www.site.com
Once run it'll create 3 files.
- logins.txt: contains the above
- sites.txt: contains a list of sites it has tried to leech from - to save looking at the same ones again.
- good_sites.txt: contains a list of sites it has succesfully downloaded logins from. You can use this as a leech list if you like.
Anyway, it could do with a few more features ... I just never got around to it ;)

Attacker
|
|
Attacker -A TCP/UDP port listener. You provide a list of ports to listen on and the program will notify you when a connection or data arrives at the port(s). Can minimize to the system tray and play an audible alert. This program is intended to act as a guard dog to notify you of attempted probes to your computer via the Internet.
Attacker is not intended to protect your computer from hackers in any way other than notifying you of what was always happening to your computer before you knew about it! Running this program may in fact attract more attention to your computer from people remotely scanning for vulnerabilities due to it appearing as a collection of open ports. However, it will definitely not lessen the security of your computer. It is strongly recommended you have a good anti-virus program installed and that you do NOT have File & Printer Sharing enabled for use over the Internet.
NOTE: Some Anti-virus packages may falsely report this product as a keylogger/trojan application. Please upgrade to the latest anti-virus definitions as this has been corrected by most vendors
