AceFixtures for Premier League is extremely beneficial for football fans and gamblers, because it helps to analyze teams' statistics and predict the scores, thus making possible to choose the right figures to gamble on football pools. The calendar contains the complete timetable of the England Premier League football championship. With the help of AceFixtures you also can check up the timetable and stats for one particular team only (for example, look through the timetable for Chelsea games and get its' results only). After entering the new matches' results (AceFixtures for Premier League doesn't need any other information), the program calculates the standing and the main statistics for all teams. Besides, it is possible to check the results of the last 10 matches. AceFixtures for Premier League exploits MS Excel, thus it has a clear and handy interface, making the calendar available to everyone. The program highlights the rival teams with different colors and displays the matches' data. All the fixtures are displayed in a distinctive and transparent way. Along with this, the calendar evaluates statistics in the automatic mode, so no special skills are required to use this software. As the macros system hasn't been used in this utility, so the input of a new result automatically leads renewing all the tables. AceFixtures for Premier League is a perfect tool not only for football fans, but also for professional football pools gamblers. Available for all Microsoft Windows platforms. Achernar Astrology is Freeware - this means that you do not have to pay for it! The program has been developed over many years using various versions of Basic, the latest being Visual Basic 5. The author believes that this program may be interesting and useful, but no responsibility can be taken by the author for any problems arising from any use of the program. A full updated version with documentation will be produced in due course, but in the mean time please be patient. The Program has served me well for many years, as I have been adding to it and updating it, and as far as I know the routines are accurate, though some of the bells and whistles are yet to be developed fully. The program will calculate horoscopes very accurately, (within about one second of Arc), draw a chart and provide an interpretation of the chart. If you are experienced in Astrology, you will find that the program will also do relationship charts, progressions, transits etc. etc. Try it and see. A special feature allows you to view horoscopes as seen from another planet, as well as from Earth and the Sun. Explore interplanetary lines and more. Some of the features may not work yet, and the program is best used by someone with some experience in Astrology - though anyone should be able to understand the basic commands.

Acid Calculator can assist the winemaker in correcting the acidity TA level of wine. The winemaker simply defines the method of raising or lowering TA, the existing and desired TA levels, and batch size. The calculator will then calculate the additions needed to bring the wine to the desired TA level. The software is free for personal (home) use, subject to the terms of the licence agreement.

Across Lite is an excellent program for crossword buffs. It allows you to solve virtually thousands of puzzles in one of two ways. First, you can play the puzzles that are included in this download. Many more of these special files are available for download at the author's Web site. Second, you can go to many other Web sites, (including washingtonpost.com) and solve additional puzzles on-line. Indeed, Across Lite functions as a standalone program as well as a "helper" to Internet Explorer, Navigator and other supported browsers. Regardless of how you play, this program makes crossword puzzles much more enjoyable.
Across Lite displays crossword puzzles on its user-friendly interface. Additionally, there are panels dedicated to the clues that are in the across and down columns. By clicking a clue, the program highlights the appropriate section on the grid. You can then type in a word using either a "pen" or "pencil," depending on your confidence. As you enter letters on the grid, Across Lite intuitively highlights the clue for the opposite crossword. Though you'll find it very easy to solve these crosswords on your PC, you may print them out.
Across Lite is a nice alternative to newspaper crosswords, mostly because you don't have to wait a week to receive the solution. The program can reveal correct, incorrect and selected letters. If you'd rather not spoil the puzzle, it can simply indicate if there are any correct letters.

An activity log is just a record of how you use your time over a period of a week. It will help you identify when you used your time well and also identify times when you could improve your study efficiency.
Try and include the following in your activity log:
record every change in activity
include all activities including sleeping, eating, family time, studying, social activities
write down how you feel because this will identify times when you may study most efficiently
By analysing the activity log you will be able to identify both good and poor use of time and you well be able to make use of many extra hours that have previously been wasted
