3D Graph Explorer

Remember those functions f(x,y) from highscool? Ellipsoids, hyperboloids, hyperbolic parabolids, and what not... Ever wished you had an utility that could show you those surfaces? Well, your wish is fulfilled! Behold, for here comes 3D Graph Explorer! This program lets you interactive view 3D parametric surfaces described by mathematical functions. This is my first major project in Java, and unlike Graph Explorer this time I used a parser generator called JavaCC, which I found quite easy to use.
3D Graph Explorer is also known as UVModeller.
Features
- Plots 3D surfaces/curves entered as parametric/non-parametric functions by the user.
- Perspective drawing, i.e. objects look bigger when they are nearer.
- Has optional fog effect.
- Supports partially transparent colors.
- Supports a comprehensive list of mathematical functions.
- Supports creating unlimited number of objects each with its own settings.
- Automatically creates and displays axes according to your settings.
- Explore the scene that you have created in real time using mouse or keyboard.
- Automatically calculates curve length or surface area for each function.
- Operating System independent since this is a Java application. (Even runs as an applet, but with limited functionality.)
- Export the image to PNG formatted bitmap. (Not supported in Applet.)

3D HARMONIUM

. . . a digital update of the victorian Parlour technology of the harmonium. We is all getting into spirograph. The course of the point is dictated by 3 pendulums (or in this case, 3 oscilloscopes) on the x,y and the z plane . . . so you can plot the relationships between any 3 waveforms, graphs, people, events, trends, whatever . . . and it's real beautiful like.

3D Image Galerie

3D image galerie is a program where your can view your pictures in a nice environment. You can add the pictures of your last holiday for example. After adding them, you can walk through a room with the pictures on the walls.
The galerie is devided into 5 parts. Each part can have up to 53 pictures.
3D Image galerie uses OpenGL to create a nice, virtual environment for your pictures.
Here is a small feature list:
- Viewing your pictures in a galerie is maybe more exiting than viewing them in "simple 2D"
- You can move freely in the galerie
- Nice environment with different walls, reflecting floor, bump mapping, water, wall effects, ambient background music, ...
- Advanced render modes for having lots of fun (drunken camera, disco mode)
- Video support! You can add .avi - files to the galerie and watch them (this feature requires a very fast machine ...)
- Interactive or automatic galerie mode? It's your choice. Eather you can walk through the galerie for yourself or you let the program do this for you
- integrated map (you don't want to get lost in the virtual 3D-world, do you? )
- You can add comments to every picture (not realized in the creator yet)
- Random picture placement: every picture gets a new frame each time you load a galerie (in mathematical/statistic words: you'll need 4.27*1069 runs to see the same picture consterlation again)

3D Message Free

3D Message Free is an easy-to-use 3D tool for beginners. It is a good tutor and helper for anyone who likes to illustrate an idea or an explanation easily and quickly by 3D drawing.
The user interface is very friendly and intuitive. In a few minutes, you can compose a scene, populate it with objects, change object dimensions, location, orientation, colors, and reflectivities. After all these transformations, you can save the scene in a file.
The scene files are amazingly small (only a few kilobytes). You can send them by email. Your recipients do not need to buy any product to read your 3D messages -- it is enough to install 3D Message Free or to use the Trial (time-unlimited) version of any other product of the Shadow Analyzer Collection.
3D Message is a stand-alone tool. It does not depend on any other applications or any third-party packages.
Note: You cannot create and manage textures with 3D Message Free. However, 3D Message Free displays the textures in scenes that are created by Full versions of other products like 3D Message, 3D Draw Shadows, etc.
