Binary Solitaire
|

Binary Solitaire
Here is an interesting way for students to get familiar with binary numbers. I wrote this program as a learning experience, with the thought of using it at the science museum where I worked. Didn't have occasion to include in any exhibits yet. It is played like the familiar seven-stack solitaire game, but has binary numbers on the cards from 0000 to 1010, (1 to 10 decimal).

Blue Marble Add-on
|
|
This Blue Marble Version add-on overlays a beautiful image of the Earth created by NASA, called the Blue Marble Next Generation, when viewing Google Earth from space. When you get get closer to Earth the blue marble will fade away so you can see Google's satellite and aerial photos. You can also turn on the real-time Global Clouds overlay in the folder (updates automatically every three hours). The clouds are turned off by default so it loads fast when you first bring up Google Earth.

BMP EMF Grapher
|
|
Our Freeware software was designed special for students, young scientists and for all the great people, who need a simple and fast software product for creating, calculating and exporting 2-D mathematical functions, graphics, exports and imports numerical data.
Our Freeware supports many standard mathematical functions and their combinations, such as:
1) F(x)=sin(x) - sinus of x;
2) F(x)=cos(x) - cosines of x;
3) F(x)=tan(x) - tangent of x;
4) F(x)=ctn(x) - cotangent of x;
5) F(x)=asn(x) - arc sinus of x;
6) F(x)=acs(x) - arc cosines of x;
7) F(x)=atn(x) - arc tangent of x;
8) F(x)=act(x) - arc co tangent of x;
9) F(x)=sh(x) hyperbolic sinus of x;
10) F(x)=ch(x) hyperbolic cosine of x;
11) F(x)=th(x) hyperbolic tangent of x;
12) F(x)=ctgh(x) hyperbolic cotangent of x;
13) F(x)=abs(x) absolute value of x;
14) F(x)=sqrt(x) root square of x;
15) F(x)=ln(x) natural logarithm of x;
16) F(x)=exp(x) exponential function of x Example: exp(1)=2.718
.;
All the functions and their argument could be connected with +, -, * (multiplying), / (dividing) and exponentation of number (x^2) and so on. All the trigonometric functions use an argument in radians.
To run BMP EMF Grapher you need: Windows 95/98/Me/2000/2003/XP OS
