Advanced Security for Outlook

Get rid of annoying security alerts in Microsoft Outlook! Advanced Security for Outlook allows you to determine the violator as well as specifying the status for this program for future occasions e.g. allow access, block access or run the default Outlook handler. Future specified actions will be executed automatically and Outlook Security will cease to annoy you with messages concerning attempts to access e-mail addresses you have stored in Outlook.
The standard security system has two drawbacks: first, it does not allow users to determine the source of the threat, second, a lot of other applications developed before the security system appeared can be unbearably annoying due to the constant warning appearances. Since the security system is constantly updated, even a "fresh" program can get into the list of such applications. There is still another drawback resulting from the first two: the user must temporarily disable the security system thus allowing any other program to work without any security system restrictions.
This Outlook add-in solves all of the above problems providing the information not only about the type of alert, but also about what program caused it and makes it possible for the user to specify what status this program should have: allow access, block access or run the default Outlook handler. Later on you can change or delete the decision taken.

Many applications have the built-in capability to send emails. For example, you can send a document from Microsoft Word, a PDF from Adobe Acrobat, or photos from Windows Explorer. The problem is that these don't work with web-based email, including Gmail or Yahoo! Mail.
Affixa allows you to easily attach files to new messages in any of these webmail systems.
Oh, and it handles "mailto"s too, so when you click on an email address, you can choose which mail account to use.

Agent E-mail Notifier is a small Windows 9x/NT program that notifies you about new E-mail through a Microsoft Agent character. The program optionally supports minimizing to system tray.
This program works only for POP E-mail accounts. By default E-mail notification is turned off. So you will need to check the appropriate options in the 'Agent Settings tab' to automatically check for E-mails.
Note: This product requires prior installation of Microsoft Agent.

AgileMail is an email sender which is slim, powerful and easy to use. You can import messages from text files. You can easily add/remove attachments with a simple attachment management interface. You can custom your signature and AgileMail will automatically append it for you before sending outgoing mails. You can use define your own templates to create new mails. Reserved macros and user macros can be used in the mail templates. Reserved macros include recipient name, sender name, date time, etc. Reserved macros will be automatically expanded. You need to specify the values of the user macros and AgileMail will expand all instances of the macros in the mail template for you. You can also use reserved macros in the signature. Macros enable you to create new mails in a very flexible way. AgileMail is able to send to a mail list but the number of recipients is limited to 30 against possible abuse.
