cIDEE is a free C++ and ANSI C programming environment designed to satisfy the pedagogical requirements of first-year C++ and ANSI C computer science and computer engineering courses.
cIDEE functions as a wrapper around the open source Notepad++ text editor and MinGW compiler tools. Like those tools, cIDEE is released under the GNU General Public License.
