MSU NoiseGenerator VirtualDub plugin is animation tools software developed by Graphics&Media Lab Video Group.
The filter adds artificial noise of one common types (equidistributed, normaldistributed, colour stains, echo signal) to video stream. It can be used for testing, debuging and comparison of various denoising filters.
