The Cult3D Designer is a free software program that allows you to apply interactivity, sound and special effects to models exported from Maya®, 3ds max™ and 3D Studio Viz®. You can add functionality, animations, sound, Java events, particle systems, reflectivity and transparency, and myriad of other special effects to your models.
