Birthday is an easy to use birthday reminder for Windows.
You simply add the names and birthdates of your loved ones to the application and connect them to a reminder schedule.
Minimize Birthday to the system tray and wait for it to pop up when a birthday is celebrated
In Birthday you can use the calendar functionality/feature called "name days".
It's most common in European countries, but I have seen name days used even in the U.S.A. and Canada. A file named Names.ini is included in the Birthday package, that holds all the different names used in Sweden. You can download a different set of names for other countries, that people have been kind enough to share.
Birthday comes with two built-in languages: English and Swedish.
There is also a template you can use to translate Birthday into your native language (if you want).
Otherwise you can download Dutch, French, German, Italian, Norwegian, Spanish and Brasilian Portugal translations
