Bhaum is a 32-bit text/HTML editor and simple RTF viewer (Text Only) for win9x.
Bhaum has been created mainly for editing plain text and creating and editing HTML documents. Viewing rich text ( rtf-extensioned one ) is just a supplementary feature.
