Base Conversion Utility is a utility which allows the easy conversion between a number in any base to the equivalent number in any other base. Any base from Base 2 (Binary) to Base 36 is supported, for either the Source Base or the Destination Base. The utility is easy to use, and is always available - just click on the task bar or system tray! The utility has a small memory “footprint” so can be left resident without consuming all your memory.
