CDSettle is what I prefer to call an 'offline browser' for CD-ROM discs. The program generates a complete mirror of the CD's file and folder structure. Then afterwards you can browse the CD without having to insert it.
You have the possibility to put your CD-mirrors in various categories, so you can easily find the CD you need. And with the fancy search function you can search through your entire CD-collection in seconds!
