If you are interrested by benchmark, you can get AsBench. This is a SCSI only benchmark that use ASPI interface. There is a DOS version and a Win32 console (for Win95 and WinNT). The C source are included.
It was originaly written by Tsuru-Zoh and I've made the Win32 version.
