Argon
Formerly known as "Maelstrom"
I originally wrote Argon as a quick alternative to starting my main client, which is as slow as a steamship most of the time. What this does is allow for quick messages in and out via POP3 and SMTP. Your user settings are stored in a .ini file, so Argon doesn't mess with your registry. View new message headers before downloading them from the server. The program supports authentication and has a complete message composer with standard rich text text formatting functions. The application itself is just under 400kb, and pretty conservative with the resources. Hope you find use for it, it is and always will be free with no ads, nags, or b.s.
