If conventional chess is getting you down, AntiChess may be just what you need. Despite its small size, this freeware suicide-chess program is full-featured and plays a mean game. You can load and save games, get hints, take back moves, watch an autoplay mode, and choose from three levels of difficulty. Try to lose just your king or every single piece. AntiChess also offers a choice of two chess sets and three board sizes (the large size is strictly for very high screen resolutions).
