AntMem is a system utility that defragments you operating memory on request. The distribution pack contains four different versions of the program - each for the respective amount of memory you have on your system - from 64 MB to 512 MB. The tool doesn't have its own interface and appears as system messages above all windows - one when it starts defragmenting the memory and the other one (in a matter of milliseconds, one should think) when the defragmentation is completed.
