NOTE: The software can run as Freeware, which is free accounts software! Freeware initially provides you with a fully functional free accounts system. After a certain period of time (usually 45 days from the date of installation) the functionality reduces, basically it will lose the stock control, purchase order processing, a small number of options in the ledgers will become unavailable, and it will be limited to single currency and single user. The options that will become unavailable will be in Italics, so you can identify them. We have found (to our cost!) that 90% of small businesses find the Freeware version with it's reduced functionality meets their needs.
