The Address Book is a simple database program to store and retrieve address data (names, telephone numbers, etc.). Unlike other such programs, a parallel lists of active and inactive records can be maintained. In this way, the record is still maintained within the database and can be activated at any time. When it's certain that such a record is no longer required, it can then be deleted.
