AMIGO is a simple audit documentation software for the individual
auditor. It allows internal auditors to :
- Design audit programs and program templates based on requirements
- Document work done in simple electronic audit work papers
- Document issues in a simplified issue format
- Print work papers, issues and report as required
- Generate reports

That’s the simple logic followed in the design and development of
AMIGO. Conceived and conceptualized by an auditor (while painfully
documenting audit finding and writing reports!!). Fulfilling statutory
documentation requirements as well as maintaining adequate
documentation to support audit finding. AMIGO systematically guides
auditors through a series of accounting cycles, audit programs and
steps. It allows flexibility to redesign cycles and programs. It
provides details on status of completion and effort required to
complete the audit.
